Leyanis Hernandez, approaches real estate with an unparalleled dedication to client service. Her life has taken her from Miami, Florida to Rome, Italy. She moved to the city of Houston in the Spring of 2017. Currently residing in the beautiful Cypress area, she has experienced some of the best that this city has to offer. Leyanis is now extremely proud to call Houston her home and has found her passion in helping others; while finding a career in real estate to be a perfect fit. Being an effective communicator is paramount to her regarding the way she conducts business. Her mission in real estate is to be the most helpful and resourceful agent to ease the process of home-selling and home-buying experience for her clients, while playing a role in helping people's home-dreams come true! Leyanis, has a broad world view, she is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. Cheryl Renee Hugh has been around the real estate industry for over 20 years. Her parents were investors and her mother was a mortgage broker and currently is a Realtor in Louisiana. Cheryl has seen the rewards of satisfied clients over the years and believes with her desire and willingness to assist others; she will be able to achieve much success as a real estate agent. Cheryl believes God and family come first. She also believes clients should be a priority and that great customer service is a key factor to satisfying clients.



She has always had a heart for helping people and believes that as a real estate agent she will be able to help others in a higher capacity because of her beliefs and passions. She enjoys reading, going to the movies, being with friends and family

Team Manager for the Ellis-Nabors team, Karen serves as the hub that makes the team function smoothly and efficiently in the office. She is a licensed agent, and with her 10-year background in Human Resources and 3 years in Property Management this enables her to interact with clients in a professional, yet congenial manner. Karen, a native Houstonian and her family have lived in Cypress since 1995 and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband of over 30 years, dreaming of interior decorating and reading. She has two grown children, Ashley, an escrow officer in the Houston and Mason, a Project Manager at a commercial construction company in Houston.

I moved to Houston in 1997. As a native Texan, I also feel like a native Houstonian because of all the time my family spent driving from Beaumont to Houston to watch Astros games or to attend concerts.

I graduated from Lamar University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Minor in French. I spent two summers interning with the Texas Attorney General's office and the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C. After graduating, I worked as a passport agent in both the New Orleans and Houston Passport Agencies.

I later went on to receive my Paralegal Certificate from Lone Star College and spent time working in family law. Receiving my real estate license from the great State of Texas is another accomplishment that I proudly add to my list.
