Angela Kennedy is a lifelong resident of Central Texas, with over 30 years spent in Freestone and Leon Counties where she and her husband chose to live, work and raise their two children. Angela started her real estate training while attending Texas A&M University (WHOOP!) and completed it in 1997. Prior to starting her real estate career, Angela worked as a high school English teacher briefly before going to work in the steel industry for 11 years specializing in sales and customer service. Those opportunities taught her valuable interpersonal and communication skills while instilling a sincere drive to deliver an excellent customer service experience for her clients. In 2014, she returned to real estate full-time and has successfully built a solid reputation as a professional who gets results for her clients.

With over 60% of her annual business coming from past clients and referrals, it's clear her clients trust her (again and again) with their most valuable asset. As a relationship-oriented agent who values integrity, Angela puts her clients first by seeking to understand their priorities and goals as she serves and advises them throughout the sale or purchase of their property. When Angela isn't taking great care of her clients she loves to travel, particularly to hike in other rural parts of the area or country. Angela also enjoys cheering on the Aggie football and basketball teams with her family, taking long walks with her dog, exercising, reading and dark chocolate.

Alison developed her love for real estate through her passion for interior design. First investing in properties to fix and flip to eventually obtaining her license and becoming a REALTOR®.
Her core values as her internal compass drive her to build genuine lifelong relationships with her clients as well as providing them with the tools and widespread knowledge to acquire their dream property or market and sell their present property.

I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you a little about myself. I am a follower of Jesus, a wife to a wonderful man for over 15 years, a mother to 2 precious kids, a prayer warrior, an Aggie – class of '01, and a Realtor. My greatest loves are Jesus – my savior, my family, people, homes, and bringing them together.

I have worked in the real estate industry for the majority of my professional career representing a variety of clients including individuals, families, custom home builders, and production builders. In 2005, I was named #1 in Sales for Pulte Homes (#3 Builder in the Nation) in Houston. During my time at Pulte, I also served as a mentor training numerous New Home Sales Professionals. In 2007, my husband & I were blessed with our first child Grace followed by our son Miles in 2011. It was with great privilege that I was able to care for them full-time – what a sweet season – until I launched my real estate company Miles of Grace Realty in 2016.

I have partnered with my father, Larry Sweat, MBA, A&M class of '69. First and foremost, my father is a man of faith. He puts his faith into action by serving in many ways in his community. Larry is a licensed real estate broker and is the President of Equity Extreme, LLC which focuses on real estate investment. He has developed a process for locating and evaluating under-valued homes and shares a weekly list of under-valued properties to his clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We are hopeful to expand his Investment Property identification tools to the Bryan/College Station market in the near future. After several successful years working in Oil & Gas, Heather transferred her technical knowledge and passion for customer service into a career in Real Estate. Heather has an engineering degree from Texas A&M University which allows her to dive deep into the technical and financial areas of real estate, benefiting her clients in negotiations, inspections and pricing strategies. Heather has been very successful in both listing and selling properties and ensuring complete satisfaction among her clients for the entirety of the process.
