Tina assisted me for purchase of 1**** Chestnut Creek Way in Pearland. (* for privacy purposes). Tina actually knows about house health such as roof, ceiling and foundations, and can give recommendations. Tina does have patience and negotiation skills, to lower sellers price, and made sure seller do some repairs before selling. Seller replaced the door, and sink, few other things before closing for me. Tina does have a lot of resources, and partners to help you as seller/buyer. If I were to purchase my second house, or sell my current house, I would ask Tina to be my agent again without doubt. Timothy
