“When I first put my condo on the market I never expected to encounter the challenges that I did. My HOA fees were 1,100 per month and I knew that was going to be an issue for some people. What I did not for see is that the HOA did not have enough insurance in order for a lender to finance a loan. The only way I was able to sell my condo is because of Kleber s dedication and perseverance. He worked diligently with my loan officer to find a way to get the buyer financing. This was not an overnight process. It was hours of work, calls, meetings tons of emails between Kleber, the HOA, loan officer, myself and the buyer. Throughout the process he walked me what the issue was and the possible solutions reassuring me that while this is not something that is a common problem there was light at the end of the tunnel. Kleber was referred to my daughter who was also selling at the same time I was. He stays on top of things so you don t have to worry. He communicates regularly and always follows up. From start to finish he was wonderful. There are many real estates agents out there that just list your home on HAR and wait for a buyer to come to them then collect a substantial commission. THAT IS NOT KLEBER I can honestly say he is an agent that earns his commission with every client whether you are his best friend or a stranger that was referred to him. He doesn t just tell you what you want to hear but what you NEED to HEAR. He delivers on his commitments and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent that knows the industry, is professional and does not stop at just listing your home on HAR This experience taught me that just choosing the right person to work with is crucial because if I had not I would still own my condo. ”
