Christy is over-the-top amazing. I chose her because her reviews were excellent. Now, I know why. She is EXCELLENT. She negoiating a selling price that was much higher than I thought my house was worth. She knew how to get the highest price. She knew when not to respond to the buyers to get them to raise their offer without a counter offer. She let me know when to stand firm on price to get me the most I could and she was right. She told me what I needed to do with the house to sell it for top dollar and I listened. All the compairables were a lot lower than what she sold my house for. That is amazing. Selling a house is harder than I realized after watching Christy work. She was easy to reach by phone. She answered my calls and was easy to talk to. She answered all my questions. I made the best decision when I picked Christy as my realtor. If you choose Christy, you will too!

Christy is a real go getter! She organized and helped us with many the normal things a relator would do, but with a 110% effort. She also went above and beyond with extra things to help our home sell quickly and efficiently. 6 weeks or less, our home was sold. Which was a blessing for us as we had already moved a great distance away. It could not have gone more smoothly. Thank you, Christy (and your assistant), for all you have done for us!! Greg & Misty

I had a great experience teaming up with Christy to sell my home. She's a total pro—professional, easy to collaborate with, and really knows her way around the market. Honestly, she's the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. Christy did an awesome job marketing my home and navigating negotiations, securing the best deal from contract to repairs. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell. She got my home sold surprisingly fast, even in this market. Great work, Christy!

Mrs. Christy is THE BEST!! She came in and saved the day (after several months on the market). I can’t thank you enough for taking us on as clients. She is truly called to this industry!! She kept us updated while educating us on all the happenings. Thank you for being so honest and approachable! If we ever sell again (or buy) she will be the first call we’ll make!
