Working with Mishell on my listing was a breeze. As a single, older first-time homebuyer, I enlisted help from Lauren. Her experience and professionalism made the process that much easier for me. She was great to work with from the beginning starting with the contract with Lennar for new construction. We probably put in more hours visiting new builds, partial builds and models in the Tomball area before finalizing the contract. Lauren was there to assist me with the design options that were available. She helped identify an inspector on my behalf and communicated throughout the entire 4-month build process. After the walk-thru and noting corrections needed, Lauren continued to monitor everything up through closing. I would recommend Lauren for all of your real estate needs - selling, buying or renting!
