“Chloe was such an amazing help in finding a rental property. She researched properties in the area we discussed. We looked at multiple properties. She took notes and provided essential information that I would need to consider. This included budget, school districts, and distance to work. We initially put in an application for a property, but after a week of not hearing from the property management company, we were back on the hunt. We visited a new property and met the landlord owner. We were beginning to be pressed for time and liked the property, so we requested a lease agreement. Chloe got everything together in no time If you could believe it, luck was not on our side. Here we were 0 for 2, in the middle of a pandemic, 2 hurricanes heading somewhere between Texas and Louisiana and my fianc s grandmother passing. With the lease ending 2 weeks and all these life events going on, we eventually signed a lease while in Iowa. Our journey took 2 months but Chloe did all that she could as a realtor and as my best friend. From helping me find a home to helping me move all our household items down 3 flights of stairs, it was all thoughtful and immediate help. Though I cannot promise she will help move your possessions, she will do all she can to find you a perfect home to put them in. ”
