About Carol Toups

I have been proud to call Houston home for over 28 years. I have been licensed since 1992 and a Platinum Agent since 2016 with a 5 star rating. I love all aspects of Real Estate Sales and Construction, with an emphasis on making sure each property is part of your investment portfolio. I have a passion for this business and find it exciting to discover the potential of real estate this great city of Houston has to offer. My clients become my family. I have had the pleasure of helping them not only purchase and sell homes, but be a part of their ever changing world.

I also Own Nautilus Real Estate LTD and two Construction Companies, Nautilus Ventures LTD and Jewel Box Properties LLC. I have performed many Historic Renovations, new construction custom and spec homes during the last 18 years.
