“Caldwell Ranch is a DR Horton Community. The community has some nice amenities and a new high school inside the community. The community has several plans to choose from whether you prefer a one story or two story with a traditional look or the modern look. This might be the community for you to inspire life, love, and community.”

“Magnolia Ridge is located in a tranquil setting of Magnolia. The new home community has several of Houston's top home builders in the community. The community is located just off FM 1488 Rd near TX-249. It is a short commute to Houston, Conroe, The Woodlands, Montgomery, and Spring. We have a client enjoying her new home in the community.”
