As a wife of a Retired Navy Veteran and Air Force Mom, she understands what it means to be in transition. As a military spouse, she understands the challenges of relocating and PCS Moves. Her strategy is to make your move as smooth as possible. She and her family relocated from Virginia to Texas in 2014 with a great love for Texas.
Carmelita believes in staying educated on the trends in the real estate industry to serve and represent her clients. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors & Houston Association of Realtors.
She has a master's degree from Liberty University and obtained several certifications and designations to enhance her real estate skills to better represent her clients. Some of her favorite memories from Liberty University was working with domestic students and international students and helping them through the financial check-in process. Carmelita is a life long learner when it comes to education and she loves sharing her knowledge with her clients.
