We had the pleasure of buying our home with Ashley and Corey, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. They were incredibly responsive, always there to answer any questions we had, and guided us through every step of the home-buying process with expertise and patience. Their negotiation skills were top-notch, securing us an amazing deal on our home. We highly recommend Reaves Realty Group to anyone in the market for a new home!

I have bought and sold a lot of houses over the years with many different realtors, but I have never worked with a realtor that went above and beyond like Ashley and Corey did for our family. We listed my mom's house with Reaves Realty Group while in the process of moving my mom two hours away to our area, so once we were done with the move, we were not in the area to take care of anything. Ashley and Corey did so much to help with this process, from advertising our estate sale for us and coming by to help, to cleaning after we were gone, and taking very heavy donations to several different organizations for us. They continued to help us sell large items still in the home after we were gone, met buyers of those items to allow for pick up, and continually checked on the home as we were not able to. They kept in regular contact with my mom and me after we were gone to make sure that we were aware of anything and everything necessary to get her house sold asap, and to see if we needed anything. Lastly, they got the home sold in what I would consider a rough market for the specific area where the house was located, and had the title company send a mobile notary in our area to us to complete the sale. We couldn't have done this without Ashley and Corey. 💖💖💖

Needed a very quick move and got tired of running around on my own hitting road blocks. Once I met with Corey and Ashley they explained their process got the ball rolling and I had keys in hand within 48hrs!! Highest recommendation possible and will use again.
