I received a full-price offer in 13 days! Thank you, Anna! She gave me many helpful tips on how to save money when repairing the house for sale. She was very good at communicating with me and keeping me posted on the selling process. She is very knowledgeable about the market and a proactive problem solver. She even went above and beyond in the closing process by pushing the deal along the way with the buying party, the lender, and the Title Company. Anna Ye is very helpful in selling my house, being so efficient to sell it in one week. Prior to signing the selling agreement with me, she was so patient to explain all the details to me during the interview. After that, she guided me to go step by step from preparation for Open House to the final closing.
