I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Andrew, my husband and I had the best possible experience. We are from out of state and were in touch with Andrew for a couple of months prior to visiting. Throughout our entire experience - he was extremely reliable, responsive, attentive, and planned our home tours very effectively. We will continue working with Andrew as we are in the process of building a new construction home. Thank you for everything Andrew!

Andrew is amazing. He's all you need to start looking for a property. My wife and I are very grateful for all the help and attention during the entire process. This is our first time buying a property, and we heard that the process was not so good, but he made it very enjoyable and one to remember. I recommend Andrew Day to anybody, 💯% satisfaction guaranteed. Thank you, Andrew!!!!!

I have used Andrew to purchase two houses and will continue to have him be my realtor for any purchases in the future. I found him to be good at keeping up on communication and responsive to calls/text/emails. He kept me current with information regarding listing agents and title companies. He was available and responsive for scheduling and coordinating showings and we all know it takes a little bit of looking around to find the house you want, I never felt pressured to make a choice. I appreciate the knowledge he has about the community areas I was looking at, it was very helpful and was the kind of information I needed to make good choices. I would sincerely recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor, in my opinion he is one of the good guys. Carl Kraft

I can't say enough wonderful things about Andrew. He makes the hassle of home buying a smooth and overall seamless transaction. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he is also so kind, considerate, and always available to answer 100's of questions, and explains everything so you can thoroughly understand. If Andrew is your agent, you won't have to worry about anything because you can rest assured that he is taking care of everything and looking out for your best interests. I would never consider using anyone else and will recommend him to anyone I get the chance to!

Andrew is one of a kind! He is very responsive from the start and even after closing. Andrew provided me with great housing options in the area I was searching for. I would definitely recommend his excellent customer services, expertise, and most of all attention to detail for your home buying.
