“I knew Adriana was the perfect realtor when there was a house that popped up that I loved and even with it being 8pm she dropped everything to meet me at the listing. There were so many breakdowns where I felt I was not going to find a house but Adriana reassured me we would find the one. Competency- Adriana explained every step of the process clearly. I had multiple questions on the whole process and there was never a question she was not able to answer. Paperwork was always correct and received back in a timely manner. Market knowledge- Adriana checked the comps in the area for me to confirm the house I purchased was a great value for what was offered. Communication- Adriana was always a call or text away no matter what hour of the day. There were times I needed to find out information immediately and she was always there answering my calls and text throughout the process. My experience- I was very indecisive on what I was looking for throughout this process. Adriana stayed patient with me and no matter what I changed last minute she was able to work with it.
