A self-described self-starter, she has cultivated her various careers from the ground up, and has developed processes and procedures where none existed and communicated with and trained personnel globally. Renée is a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. A native Houstonian, she is married and has two daughters. A lover of animals, her four-legged children include a Sheep-a-Doodle and rescue Coley/Shepherd mix.

Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela and fluent in Spanish, Rosana has lived in Houston since 2000. Rosana's son Gabriel Abram was born in 2014 and she describes him as "The love of her life", her greatest motivation and the one who inspires her to be a better human being.
