Tonya Newton is a Business Owner, Professional Sports Player, Math Teacher, Coach and Realtor whose affinity for Texas is lifelong. Since 1985, she has called Spring home, but she was born and raised in Houston.



As a Math Teacher, Tonya taught financial literacy to her students, including calculating simple interest when purchasing a home. That, along with her passion for educating and hailing from a family of landowners, ultimately led her down the path of real estate, in hopes of helping people simplify an often complex process. I am a native Houstonian and have been actively buying and selling real estate full time for over 25 years. I represent new home buyers, repeat clients, investors and commercial transactions.

My husband and I have raised a son and daughter that both chose to serve our country and love to spend time with our grandchildren and travel as much as we can.
