Tonya Newton is a Business Owner, Professional Sports Player, Math Teacher, Coach and Realtor whose affinity for Texas is lifelong. Since 1985, she has called Spring home, but she was born and raised in Houston.



As a Math Teacher, Tonya taught financial literacy to her students, including calculating simple interest when purchasing a home. That, along with her passion for educating and hailing from a family of landowners, ultimately led her down the path of real estate, in hopes of helping people simplify an often complex process. I previously worked in healthcare as a certified medication tech in a nursing home/rehabilitation center for over ten years. April Flugence moved to Spring, Texas from Lafayette, Louisiana where she studied Public Relations at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The area is faith-filled, family-centered, and full of trees, just like back home in Louisiana.
