Raquel is a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA, Management) as well as a Master of Science (MSc.) in International Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. Having lived and studied in Europe, Raquel is verse in cross-cultural relations, which her diverse international clientele truly values. In the spirit of giving back, she volunteers with the Jamaica Foundation of Houston and Fort Bend Habitat for Humanity, actively serving on committees in both organizations. Raquel also is a donor to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

With almost 15 years experience as a licensed REALTOR, decades of professional inside and outside sales experience, and a business and marketing degree from the University of Central Florida, Lonnie has proven himself to be a skillful negotiator, expert market strategist, and passionate advocate for his clients. He enjoys applying his technical mindset and person-to-person communication skills to help his clients (whether buyers or sellers) achieve their personal real estate goals.

Angela Furnari
Sales Agent - Licensed Realtor

With over 10 years experience assisting Lonnie in real estate transactions, and almost 18 years in the education industry, Angela decided to become a licensed REALTOR too in 2018. She holds a bachelor's degree from Stetson University, and a master's degree from the University of South Florida. Angela has a unique background in research, data analysis, technology, and business communications - making her the perfect complement to Lonnie. Angela is organized, focused, and detail-oriented, and uses these attributes to keep the team's real estate transactions on-track and moving smoothly forward from start to closing.
