Anita Bormaster, a native Houstonian, spent the first part of her career in the nonprofit sector as a development professional, aligning the interests and passions of individuals and families with projects to better the community. Anita prides herself on the importance of building quality and authentic relationships and is excited to bring these skills into Residential Real Estate, assisting clients in purchasing their new home and/or selling their current home. Other services include new construction, leasing and apartment locating. Anita grew up in the Memorial area and now resides in southwest Houston, giving her a wide knowledge of the many neighborhoods in the Houston and surrounding areas. She thrives on helping others and bringing people together. Anita has a strong belief that there is no better place to build connections, memories and relationships than in your home. Anita was raised around the real estate industry, and exposed to it from a very young age. She always admired the deep commitment of her family in providing a positive experience for their clients and she proud to be walking the same path. In her free time, Anita loves spending time and making memories with her family which includes her husband, three children and their beloved dog. She loves to travel and when driving around the city you will find her radio playing 90's country music!!! Anita is also very passionate about health and wellness and you can often find her in the kitchen cooking up a new recipe, or in the gym working toward her next fitness challenge!! I have been a part of the southwest Houston area for the past 18 years. I moved to Houston in 2004 and, together with my husband Daniel, are raising our family in Meyerland. I am familiar with, but not limited to, Meyerland, Bellaire, Galleria, West University, Rice University, Maplewood, and Westbury. We went through three floods, including Harvey in 2017, acquiring first-hand experience in topics related to flooding. As a result of Harvey, we demolished our beloved house and built a new construction. In the process, we interviewed and worked with builders and contractors, gaining knowledge of the building market.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Florida. I am also a Texas certified and licensed teacher, currently, in my fifth year of teaching. I am very passionate about teaching and making a difference in the lives of my students. I find it very gratifying being able to serve my students, their families, and school community. In the same way, as a real estate agent, I am committed to serving individuals and families looking for their own communities in which to set roots, invest or establish a business.

Originally from Peru, I now consider Houston my home. Fluent in English and Spanish and having travelled and lived in different places, I love the multicultural and multilingual nature of this city.

Teresa Schroit brings a wealth of experience from her background of managing and running businesses since the age of 19. Marketing, merchandising and sales were skills that she learned early on running a jewelry and a beauty products storefront in 1995. Managing a manufacturing business for over a decade and launching a successful ecommerce business gave her insight on how important market trends are and how conditions affect consumer behavior. Additional skills that she brings through years of business experience are finding resolutions during conflict, attention to detail, and great client satisfaction. Buying her first home in Austin, Texas when she was just 22, she knows the importance of investing in real estate and wants to help others achieve their goals.

Moving into Houston in 2009 she understands the unique challenges that buyers and sellers face living in Houston. Having family that is actively involved in construction in the Houston area gives her insight and knowledge that she uses to help guide her clients through the selling or buying experience.
