Bryan Craft got his start in the real estate industry by way of mortgage lending.

When the real estate bubble popped in 2007, as a lending insider, Bryan could see it coming earlier than most and quickly rushed to get his Real Estate license as he was determined to stay in the real estate profession in a rapidly changing time. All of the radical change threw everyone off and the future of real estate was a bit of a question mark.

In late summer of 2008 Bryan got a call from an old client whom he had originated around 20 loans for to buy up investment properties back when the times were so good. He was invited to be the exclusive leasing agent for the 30+ properties they had then grown to acquire. He of course agreed and was quickly introduced to leasing properties in low income areas – which was the location of a great deal of these properties.

Since that time Bryan has personally inked over 100 leases and has been directly exposed to a healthy diet of the unexpected things that can happen in these sometimes challenging but highly lucrative (if effectively leased and managed that is) areas and has developed a very clear set of protocols to lease and manage as efficiently as possible for investor clients.

Artricia was born and raised in Houston and knows the city like the back of her hand. She understands how powerful communication and trust can make or break your home buying experience. With a background in the hospitality industry, Artricia is dedicated to helping her clients have the best experience possible.

Artricia is passionate about helping buyers navigate the home buying process. It's extremely important for her clients to know that she's always in their corner, especially when they're making the biggest purchase of their life. She works double time to lay out all the options on the table so when the time comes to decide, her clients have 100% confidence in her and their decision.

Real estate runs in her family. With a father that owns and actively invests in multiple properties around Houston, Artricia made the full-time jump to becoming a real estate agent after 5 years in the hotel industry. She feels that experience has honed her skills as a master negotiator to help her clients today.

Artricia also believes in the power of giving back to her community. With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston, Artricia continues to volunteer with the U of H Alumni Association, as well as the Hotel Lodging Association of Greater Houston.

For Artricia, diversity is what makes Houston unique. When she's not working hard for her clients, Artricia is perusing the city for brunch spots to explore or taking her yorkie Jaxon out for a walk.
