Professional, highly personable and detail-oriented, Gwyn says she enjoys working with people. “I worked at Continental Airlines as an International Concierge for many years and know first-hand that a customer’s service experience can make or break their impression of a business. Just like travelers, real estate sellers and buyers experience a certain amount of stress, and they typically depend on others for information and guidance. In the past I did my best to make passengers feel confident and comfortable about their travel. Today I educate my clients about the real estate process so their transactions are as pleasant and smooth as possible.”

Gwyn brings valuable knowledge of the mortgage industry to the real estate profession. “My prior work as a loan officer gave me an inside look at how complex mortgages can be under today’s underwriting guidelines. I try to help my buyers understand the lending process and hopefully avoid common mistakes that can lead to delays.”

Gwyn has also been a small-business owner. She is a self-starter who is willing to work hard for her customers. “At the end of the day, regardless of how service-oriented and personable one is to their customers, buying and selling a home is a business transaction. I am always looking after my client’s best financial interests, paying close attention to their bottom line.”

For several years Gwyn volunteered free time working as a docent at the Houston Zoo and for the Humble Education Foundation. These days, when she’s not working, she volunteers for her children’s school and sports activities, and is a poll worker during elections. Gwyn has traveled all over the world, loves skiing, scuba diving, cooking and fitness. She and her husband are the parents of two teenage sons.
