I am a local native Texan who grew up 30 minutes outside of Austin and am very well versed in Austin and the surrounding areas. Having been in the home staging business for 14 years and as well working alongside my husband in the residential solar screen business for the last 12 years, I have worked all over the Austin area and am very well familiar with most all of Austin's neighborhoods. I am a proud mom of an awesome son and daughter who I dearly love. Thank goodness for them! Family is number one in my life with real estate as a close second! I am available to assist the first time home buyer to the person wanting to sell their home. I have a great knowledge in knowing what it takes to prepare a home to sell. Tracy Hicks began her career in Real Estate in 2006 working in the management office of Chase Tower in Dallas. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and an active member of the Cypress Fairbanks community and has been a Bridgeland resident for the past 12 years. She has extended knowledge in many areas of Real Estate including Commercial Property Management, Leasing, and Corporate Event Planning. Prior to working for The Lippincott Group, Tracy worked for Stream Realty, Transwestern and Hines in the corporate offices after graduating from Texas A&M University.













When she is not busy negotiating Real Estate deals, she enjoys playing tennis, cycling and photography. She currently volunteers as a Section Liaison at Bridgeland, volunteering at Pope Elementary and Sprague Middle School, and she is a member of the Informed Citizens Group and the Bridgeland Mommy and Me Group. She enjoys planning community events and playing Mahjong with friends. After a long day at work, you can find her on a stroll through the neighborhood of Bridgeland with her husband, Matt, her three children Carter, Olivia and Tatum, and her puppy, Duke.
