I am originally from the Seattle area. I am married to an amazing lady and have an entrepreneurial son. I enjoy snowboarding, Olympic weightlifting, doing CrossFit and many other fun outdoor activities. I relocated to San Antonio in 2005 and met many amazing people while working all over Texas. In 2018 we bought a second home here in Port Aransas. The laid-back island life and all the fun outdoor activities to do here year-round made it an easy decision to move here full-time. Life does not get any better than here on our island paradise. I look forward to helping you find your amazing piece of paradise or any other real estate needs I can assist you with. I spent 20 years in the sales industry working for a global bakery ingredient manufacturer. I last worked as a Sales Director and National Business Development Director before retiring in 2017. I worked tirelessly to bring value to my clients while building many wonderful friendships. I am an extremely loyal, ethical, passionate and laser focused about taking outstanding care of my clients and their best interests. My love of helping people and personally buying and selling real estate over the years made my decision to become a realtor a very easy one. Tracy Hicks began her career in Real Estate in 2006 working in the management office of Chase Tower in Dallas. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and an active member of the Cypress Fairbanks community and has been a Bridgeland resident for the past 12 years. She has extended knowledge in many areas of Real Estate including Commercial Property Management, Leasing, and Corporate Event Planning. Prior to working for The Lippincott Group, Tracy worked for Stream Realty, Transwestern and Hines in the corporate offices after graduating from Texas A&M University.













When she is not busy negotiating Real Estate deals, she enjoys playing tennis, cycling and photography. She currently volunteers as a Section Liaison at Bridgeland, volunteering at Pope Elementary and Sprague Middle School, and she is a member of the Informed Citizens Group and the Bridgeland Mommy and Me Group. She enjoys planning community events and playing Mahjong with friends. After a long day at work, you can find her on a stroll through the neighborhood of Bridgeland with her husband, Matt, her three children Carter, Olivia and Tatum, and her puppy, Duke.
