Hey there! I'm glad to meet you! I'm Jodilinn Robinson, your Native Realtor. I am a seventh generation Austinite and proud to say my family was part of the original 300 settlers to Texas. I was born in Austin, left before it got weird LOL, grew up in Georgetown and now reside in Granite Shoals on Lake LBJ. My Real Estate career started 12 years ago and it's been a great 12 years of experience and wonderful relationships gained. Like many of my clients I have had many major life events. I have lost family members, lost pets, lost a marriage, sold a home, moved a few times, etc. It's life's ups and downs that motivate me to do my best for my clients. We are all going through something and what may be small to one person could be huge to another, so I always try and remember that in a transaction and in life. I also have a passion for live music, paddle boarding, fishing and being with friends and family. That is something that draws me closer to some of my clients as well. A lot of my clients become my friends too and we like doing some of the same things. I have a love for the community and those in it, I believe that volunteering is an important part of everyday life. It helps me stay connected to my community. Hopefully, it helps you too. Having lived in Kingsland and Sunrise Beach area since 1965, Mary Ann Liverman can offer her expertise of Lake LBJ and surrounding areas. She has seen first hand the changing of the lake area, from riding the ferry across the lake, which now has the 2900 bridge, to the flooding and changing depths of the Llano arm of Lake LBJ. She has been a Real Estate Agent since 2003. She is known as the Lake LBJ Waterfront Specialist. Mary Ann attended and graduated Llano High School, as well as her two sons. Her designations include GRI, e-Pro, RSPS and CLHMS and she has been a 4 time Bronze Medal Winner. In 2014, she and her husband Todd formed The Liverman Team, a husband and wife team. Todd is a Texas Ranch Land Specialist. Together they are members of the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, Central Hill Country Board of Realtors, NAR, TAR and WCR.
