I am Taiwanese and speak fluent Taiwanese, Chinese Mandarin, and English. I have had the pleasure of living in Austin since 2013, and at the beginning of 2021, I became a licensed real estate agent proudly serving the Austin Texas area. Even though I recently earned my real estate license, I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2015, where I started by managing rental properties, and doing some house flipping.


I became an agent after many of my clients asked me to help them with buying and selling their homes. I got my license from Champions Real Estate School in early 2021 and am excited to help the community of Austin with its real estate needs.


I enjoy serving the Austin area with my two adopted dogs, R-Two and Pong Pong. I do not currently have children, so I spend my time focusing on my career and sharing my ever-changing day to day lifestyle that comes with being an agent with my pups. I frequently get to bring them to my rental properties and other real estate related errands. When I am not focusing on serving clients with their real estate needs, I love to travel.

Macklin Cahill has been involved with the real estate industry for over 20 years. First working as a property manager then going on to receive her Real Estate License in 2003. Macklin has received the following designations: Sellers Representative Specialist, Real Estate Collaboration Specialist Divorce, Accredited Buyers Representative. Macklin is a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute and the National Association of Realtors Commitment to Excellence program. Most recently, Macklin received the Texas Residential Leasing Specialist designation, as well as becoming a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Additionally, she has designed and staged several professional medical facilities, while maintaining her human resources consulting practice. Her passions are creating awareness for pediatric strokes through her involvement with CHASA and raising funds for children and veterans in need of service dogs through her work with the 4 Paws For Ability organization. Her most cherished accomplishment in life is being a wife, mother of two, grandmother of one, and co-handler to Oce, her daughter's task-trained service dog.
