I was raised in Tyler, Texas in a big, crazy, and fun family. My parents were huge Notre Dame fans and I too became one, leaving Texas to head to South Bend, Indiana where I majored in Marketing and Arabic at the University of Notre Dame. But, ever since high school, I had always had a desire to go into law enforcement. After college, I volunteered at an orphanage in South Africa and loved it, then later applied to the Austin Police Department. I started my career in law enforcement in 2014 with APD. While in the department, I patrolled the southwest region of Austin, worked on a specialized team that served felony warrants on dangerous criminals and was also a part-time member of the SWAT team. I met my husband in middle school, and we dated off and on for 15ish years before finally getting married and becoming pregnant. After 7 years in the police force, I decided to switch careers so that I not only had a safer career, but also one that allowed more quality time with my family. I recently gave birth to our second daughter, and we are loving the new addition to our family! I have always been passionate about serving others, and I am excited to assist the people in my community in navigating the complex world of real estate!

Having lived in Kingsland and Sunrise Beach area since 1965, Mary Ann Liverman can offer her expertise of Lake LBJ and surrounding areas. She has seen first hand the changing of the lake area, from riding the ferry across the lake, which now has the 2900 bridge, to the flooding and changing depths of the Llano arm of Lake LBJ. She has been a Real Estate Agent since 2003. She is known as the Lake LBJ Waterfront Specialist. Mary Ann attended and graduated Llano High School, as well as her two sons. Her designations include GRI, e-Pro, RSPS and CLHMS and she has been a 4 time Bronze Medal Winner. In 2014, she and her husband Todd formed The Liverman Team, a husband and wife team.
