Starting in 1990, as an investor, I bought several properties, fixed, and rented each one. Each 'deal' was a lot of hard work and a ton of fun. I was fortunate to be surrounded by family, friends, and trustworthy business people who guided and taught me along the way. Christine Wren is a Midwest girl that began her real estate education well before obtaining her first real estate license while working for her father's real estate appraisal firm from a young age. Dave started his Real Estate career in the mid-80's. He started out by driving buyers around all day selling $10,000 mobile home lots. He never turned away businessif he could sell it, he would list it. As a result, his business grew with a very diverse clientele and portfolio. Along with many of his clients, he has grown his business and has been consistently in the top 1% of all REALTORS in Texas for over 20 years. The journey from $10,000 mobile home lots to sales approaching $2 billion, while getting to live and work in Austin, Texas has been a blessing. Specializing in ranches, luxury and waterfront and having represented some of the most amazing properties and clients in Central Texas has been an incredible life journey. As he closes in on over $2,000,000,000 in career sales, he has not forgotten his roots and he continues to list and sell all price ranges of both residential and ranch properties. He has a great team and amazing agents to assist with anyone's real estate needs. Along for the ride and putting up with him for 25+ years are his wife and six children. They love to travel, snow ski, go to the beach, and hike. He also has a ranch that he retreats to with family and friends where they often have gatherings of 30 to 40. His wife's Cajun and comes from a large family so they know how to cook, party and have fun.

Romeo grew up in Los Angeles, California enjoying all of the area's attractions, events and fast-paced lifestyle. But after a successful military career as a U.S. Navy Officer, Romeo decided to call Austin home because of its booming economy, scenic beauty and quality of life. While working as an Operations Manager for Dell, he became involved with Habitat for Humanity, donating his time in assisting with the construction of low income family housing and working alongside others who freely gave of themselves to improve the lives of those around them. It was this positive experience of giving back to the community that would later mould his decision to become a real estate professional.

Romeo's unique life experiences while serving in the military and working in both private and corporate organizations has made him a well-rounded person that easily connects with his clients on different levels. His focus on family life with his wife and son has helped him gain a deeper appreciation of spending quality time at home. It is this same passion of assisting others in finding their perfect home that motivates Romeo to provide his clients with a level of personal service that is rare today. Romeo is a well-known fixture of the Austin real estate market and a Past President of the Austin Board of Realtors (ABoR). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
