Dave started his Real Estate career in the mid-80's. He started out by driving buyers around all day selling $10,000 mobile home lots. He never turned away businessif he could sell it, he would list it. As a result, his business grew with a very diverse clientele and portfolio. Along with many of his clients, he has grown his business and has been consistently in the top 1% of all REALTORS in Texas for over 20 years. The journey from $10,000 mobile home lots to sales approaching $2 billion, while getting to live and work in Austin, Texas has been a blessing. Specializing in ranches, luxury and waterfront and having represented some of the most amazing properties and clients in Central Texas has been an incredible life journey. As he closes in on over $2,000,000,000 in career sales, he has not forgotten his roots and he continues to list and sell all price ranges of both residential and ranch properties. He has a great team and amazing agents to assist with anyone's real estate needs. Along for the ride and putting up with him for 25+ years are his wife and six children. They love to travel, snow ski, go to the beach, and hike. He also has a ranch that he retreats to with family and friends where they often have gatherings of 30 to 40. His wife's Cajun and comes from a large family so they know how to cook, party and have fun.

Alycia was introduced to the real estate industry when she worked for a title company during her high school summer months. Her boss at the time attempted to encourage her to get her real estate license. At that time, she did not see the vision and attended college at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. There, Alycia worked hard and graduated in just 3 years with a BA in Communications/Advertising/Public Relations and a minor in Photography. After serving the marketing world for over 10 years ... and still holding onto a real estate passion ... Alycia joined her brother, Nate to form a custom home-building business. The two build homes in the Bryan-College Station area with plans to grow across Central Texas. The part-time home building adventures sparked the fire to enter the real estate industry full-time ... and Alycia has not looked back since! Going above and beyond every client expectation is a daily drive for Alycia to be the best Realtor® in Central Texas. When she is not serving her clients, she is enjoying time with family, taking her dog, Gray for walks, cruising in her Jeep, eating tacos or simply enjoying life.

Hello! I was born and raised in Alvin, Texas (hometown of Nolan Ryan!) Growing up in a small town, I learned to value neighbors and community, which is one of the many reasons I love calling South Austin home. After graduating from Dallas Baptist University in 2006, I started working at Starbucks Coffee Co. while I figured out what I wanted to do. Little did I know that experience would ignite a passion for coffee that would lead me to spending the next seven years working my way from barista to manager of one of the busiest stores in the South. I always loved visiting the Hill Country, so in 2013 I moved to Austin. Soon after, I met the woman who would become my wife, Jessica, and together we ran Crema Bakery & Cafe for almost a decade. Being able to grow my own business while caring for my customers was extremely fulfilling, and I love that I can serve both my clients and community with JBGoodwin. Working in real estate allows me to help people achieve their goals, see their dreams come true, and truly change their lives for the better. When I'm not at work I'm usually hanging out with my wife, our daughter, and our menagerie of one Great Dane, a schnauzer, and two grumpy cats. I also enjoy reading, cooking, seeing live music, and collecting succulents and exotic plants.
