Hannah began her official real estate career in Austin as a new home sales assistant at the age of sixteen. After returning back to Austin from the University of Texas at San Antonio, she joined a real estate team as an appraisal analyst. A few years later, she returned to her roots in new home construction as a new home sales. In 2007, Hannah became a partner of a custom home start-up and worked as a design and architecture modification expert. Her in-depth construction knowledge was instrumental in walking clients through the building process. For years, Hannah helped countless friends with their home remodeling and interior design projects before starting up her own remodeling, design and staging company, in 2015. Hello! I was born and raised in Alvin, Texas (hometown of Nolan Ryan!) Growing up in a small town, I learned to value neighbors and community, which is one of the many reasons I love calling South Austin home. After graduating from Dallas Baptist University in 2006, I started working at Starbucks Coffee Co. while I figured out what I wanted to do. Little did I know that experience would ignite a passion for coffee that would lead me to spending the next seven years working my way from barista to manager of one of the busiest stores in the South. I always loved visiting the Hill Country, so in 2013 I moved to Austin. Soon after, I met the woman who would become my wife, Jessica, and together we ran Crema Bakery & Cafe for almost a decade. Being able to grow my own business while caring for my customers was extremely fulfilling, and I love that I can serve both my clients and community with JBGoodwin. Working in real estate allows me to help people achieve their goals, see their dreams come true, and truly change their lives for the better. When I'm not at work I'm usually hanging out with my wife, our daughter, and our menagerie of one Great Dane, a schnauzer, and two grumpy cats. I also enjoy reading, cooking, seeing live music, and collecting succulents and exotic plants.

Starting in 1990, as an investor, I bought several properties, fixed, and rented each one. Each 'deal' was a lot of hard work and a ton of fun.
