Starting in 1990, as an investor, I bought several properties, fixed, and rented each one. Each 'deal' was a lot of hard work and a ton of fun. I was fortunate to be surrounded by family, friends, and trustworthy business people who guided and taught me along the way. As a result, I have formed a network of professionals, on whom we can all trust....from lenders, inspectors and appraisers, to title companies and a slew of home related vendors. Moving from California to Texas 20 years ago was a wonderful adventure. Being lucky enough to live in Austin for 16 years has been an honor! To see this city grow and thrive has been awesome. Sonny obtained his real estate license in 1981 and became a broker in 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Sam Houston State University with an Agriculture Business major and minor in Real Estate. Sonny specializes in wildlife and ag properties all across Texas.
