Starting in 1990, as an investor, I bought several properties, fixed, and rented each one. Each 'deal' was a lot of hard work and a ton of fun. John Blackman is a former software engineer and manager who started building homes in Austin in 2010. He has financed and developed over 50 single family homes in Austin since then and has now joined his wife Alyse to create the Heart of Austin Homes Team.
