Sonny obtained his real estate license in 1981 and became a broker in 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Sam Houston State University with an Agriculture Business major and minor in Real Estate. Sonny specializes in wildlife and ag properties all across Texas. 

I love Georgetown and the surrounding areas! I'm so excited about meeting you! I attended Baylor University in Waco, graduating on the Dean's List in Human Health Performance and Recreation. I went on to obtain my Insurance license, and I worked several years in the insurance industry. I'm an active member of Dallas Safari Club, Texas Women in Business, and The Georgetown Chamber of Commerce. I spend my spare time styling ladies with my Stella & Dot side business, spending time with my husband, and twin toddlers. We enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and meeting new people all along the way. I'm passionate about being knowledgeable and helping clients make sound real estate decisions. Alycia was introduced to the real estate industry when she worked for a title company during her high school summer months. Her boss at the time attempted to encourage her to get her real estate license. At that time, she did not see the vision and attended college at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. There, Alycia worked hard and graduated in just 3 years with a BA in Communications/Advertising/Public Relations and a minor in Photography. After serving the marketing world for over 10 years ... and still holding onto a real estate passion ... Alycia joined her brother, Nate to form a custom home-building business. The two build homes in the Bryan-College Station area with plans to grow across Central Texas. The part-time home building adventures sparked the fire to enter the real estate industry full-time ... and Alycia has not looked back since!
