Kate is no stranger to change. She calls Austin home after living in the Midwest, the North, the Northwest, the Southeast, and Europe over the last 20+ years. Using her blend of calm, educational and encouraging personality, she taps her knowledge from her own relocations, and her expert problem-solving skills honed during her time as a Building Systems Mechanical Engineer to best reach her client's real estate goals. Licensed since 2006, Kate has acquired a deep knowledge of the real estate market, having helped hundreds of families find the right property, counseling them along the way to keep the process as smooth as possible.
