Growing up in two of the largest metropolitan cities I developed an appreciation for real estate, I quickly realized I could combine two points of interest I was passionate about and turn it into a career. Being a Realtor is not only a way to make a living but more importantly a way to help people. In the Houston market buyer and sellers need an aggressive and effective realtor. I offer a balance of market knowledge, effective negotiating skills, high attention to detail, and great communication. My clients are my top priority, I enjoy listening and understanding their goals and turning them into my goals. I am dedicated to going above and beyond with every client and making every transaction a memorable one.

Kate is no stranger to change. She calls Austin home after living in the Midwest, the North, the Northwest, the Southeast, and Europe over the last 20+ years. Using her blend of calm, educational and encouraging personality, she taps her knowledge from her own relocations, and her expert problem-solving skills honed during her time as a Building Systems Mechanical Engineer to best reach her client's real estate goals. Licensed since 2006, Kate has acquired a deep knowledge of the real estate market, having helped hundreds of families find the right property, counseling them along the way to keep the process as smooth as possible. She has helped buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, commercial clients, and investors.
