Tom is a real estate Broker operating CAC Real Estate, Inc., a real estate brokerage. A native Texan, and Houstonian, Tom moved to the Austin area in 1999 after spending 10 years in California. Being familiar with Austin after spending time here in the 70's while President of the Texas Association of licensed Investigators, this was the only place to retire. Tom served in the Texas National Guard, 143rd Infantry Airborne, and the Army Reserve with an Honorable Discharge in 1975. After a 25 year career as a Private Investigator time had come to change professions. Previous skills include architectural drafting, commercial kitchen design, home construction and studying civil engineering. The change to real estate seemed to be the perfect fit for the next career while commercial real estate has become the main focus for the new career.
