Dave started his Real Estate career in the mid-80's. He started out by driving buyers around all day selling $10,000 mobile home lots. He never turned away businessif he could sell it, he would list it. As a result, his business grew with a very diverse clientele and portfolio. Along with many of his clients, he has grown his business and has been consistently in the top 1% of all REALTORS in Texas for over 20 years. The journey from $10,000 mobile home lots to sales approaching $2 billion, while getting to live and work in Austin, Texas has been a blessing.
