Sonny obtained his real estate license in 1981 and became a broker in 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Sam Houston State University with an Agriculture Business major and minor in Real Estate. Sonny specializes in wildlife and ag properties all across Texas. 

Audra has been a leader in Austin%u219s real estate market for more than a decade with extensive Sales and Marketing experience in New Home Building and Downtown Condominiums. She has been successful and an over achiever from the beginning. In 2005 Audra received the Home Builder%u219s Association%u219s Rookie of the Year Award for top sales in Austin.

In her latest venture, Audra capitalized on her sales opportunity at a high-profile downtown Austin condo community. As the top onsite selling agent of condos ranging up to $1 million, her personal real estate sales totaled well over $25 million.

Audra is able to draw on this valuable experience to give her downtown buyers and sellers the edge they need to achieve their real estate goals in today%u219s dynamic and fast-paced market. Her positive attitude, organization, and professionalism make the purchase and sale process smooth and enjoyable.

As a member of ABOR, Audra is a licensed Realtor, and has earned the following professional designations: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Audra is also a tenured member of Austin%u219s Home Builders Association, in highlighted involvement with their Sales & Marketing Council and Professional Women in Building.

When not serving clients, Audra enjoys international travel, walking her dogs, Lyle and Jelly, and going for drives in her husband%u219s, Dan%u219s, classic Ford truck, the %u21CGreen Bean%u21D.

Hello! I was born and raised in Alvin, Texas (hometown of Nolan Ryan!) Growing up in a small town, I learned to value neighbors and community, which is one of the many reasons I love calling South Austin home. After graduating from Dallas Baptist University in 2006, I started working at Starbucks Coffee Co. while I figured out what I wanted to do. Little did I know that experience would ignite a passion for coffee that would lead me to spending the next seven years working my way from barista to manager of one of the busiest stores in the South. I always loved visiting the Hill Country, so in 2013 I moved to Austin. Soon after, I met the woman who would become my wife, Jessica, and together we ran Crema Bakery & Cafe for almost a decade. Being able to grow my own business while caring for my customers was extremely fulfilling, and I love that I can serve both my clients and community with JBGoodwin. Working in real estate allows me to help people achieve their goals, see their dreams come true, and truly change their lives for the better. When I'm not at work I'm usually hanging out with my wife, our daughter, and our menagerie of one Great Dane, a schnauzer, and two grumpy cats. I also enjoy reading, cooking, seeing live music, and collecting succulents and exotic plants.
