Cindy Greenwood has lived in Austin since 1986, since then she has watched our city prosper with dynamic growth. Cindy is known throughout the community for her professionalism, high energy and knowledge of the real estate market. Cindy enjoys working with her clients to help them accomplish their goals in all aspects of the real estate transaction. When Cindy was asked how real estate has changed over the years as technology has become an integral part of the industry, she explains “the business will continue to be based on trust and developing the relationships with your clients”. Cindy is currently a member of Austin’s Elite 25, and 2009 and 2011 Top 10 Producer at Moreland Properties. She was nominated as a finalist for the 2011 Austin Business Journal’s Residential Real Estate Top Producers. In prior years, Top 5 Producer at AvenueOne Properties in 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008. It is important to Cindy to support her community through involvement with various organizations. She is deeply committed as she currently serves on the Star of Texas Fair & Rodeo Board and Lone Star Cattlemen Foundation. Cindy served as Chair for the Rodeo Austin Gala 2005-2007 and served as the First Woman to Chair the Rodeo Austin’s Youth Auction from 2008-2009. It is a passion of Cindy’s to raise awareness and money for the Youth of Texas. In prior years Cindy has served on several boards including Elizabeth Ann Seton, March of Dimes, Ronald McDonald House Advisory Board and Junior League of Austin. Cindy and her husband John Greenwood have three grown children, Harris, Nelson and Anna. Cindy is very involved in the Austin community and is a member of several organizations throughout Austin.

Originally from Dallas and graduating from Texas A&M with a B.S. degree in Biomedical Science and later working for a Fortune 500 company for nine years in petrochemical sales, has enhanced her strong negotiation skills as well as attention to detail and commitment to hard work. Later Donna entered the sales in the luxury real estate market in Houston where she has been recognized as a Top Producer. Clients appreciate her positive attitude and market knowledge as she works diligently to match homes with clients.

Tom is a real estate Broker operating CAC Real Estate, Inc., a real estate brokerage. He is a member of the Commercial Investment Brokers Network, Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors and formerly a licensed loan officer. A native Texan, and Houstonian, Tom moved to the Austin area in 1999 after spending 10 years in California. Being familiar with Austin after spending time here in the 70's while President of the Texas Association of licensed Investigators, this was the only place to retire. Tom served in the Texas National Guard, 143rd Infantry Airborne, and the Army Reserve with an Honorable Discharge in 1975. After a 25 year career as a Private Investigator time had come to change professions. Previous skills include architectural drafting, commercial kitchen design, home construction and studying civil engineering. The change to real estate seemed to be the perfect fit for the next career while commercial real estate has become the main focus for the new career.
