I have been a licensed Realtor since 2004. While pursuing a career in non-profit administration, I began investing in real estate personally and got "the bug". I love finding great deals, staging, decorating, landscape design and helping people. So, real estate is right up my alley! I started my real estate career with RE/MAX in Thousand Oaks, CA. I quickly rose to the top and earned a Rising Star award my first year followed by Executive Club and 100% Club. I ended my 5 year career with over $19 million in sales volume. When my family moved to North Carolina, I started Real Estate Technology Associates, a marketing company dedicated to helping Realtors with their online lead generation and branding. After a successful 4 years growing the business, I passed it along to my partner when we moved to Texas. Now that we are settled in Texas, I am returning to my true passion, working with Buyers, Sellers and Investors with RE/MAX Capital City. Although my passion and career is in real estate, I have always been committed to volunteering with non-profits. I have served on many non-profit boards and I am currently serving as an officer for my children's school PTA. I am never too busy to serve your real estate needs. I have always loved the real estate industry; I have been a real estate investor for 12 years and a licensed Realtor in the State of Nevada prior to my move to Texas. Now I live and work on the north side of Lake Travis. This is a great place to live and offers a lake lifestyle at a great value. As a real estate professional, I enjoy helping people find the right property and sell their home when they are ready to move. Prior to my real estate career, I served 22 years in the US military. It taught me that hard work pays off. I first served as an Army Combat Medic and Dental Specialist, then as an Aeromedical Evacuation Technician in the Air Force. I then became a commissioned officer and a pilot; I have over 300 combat hours in Iraq and Afghanistan flying C-130 transport aircraft. I finished my military career as Chief of Weapons and Tactics in an Air Operations Squadron that supports South Korea. My family’s transition to the Texas area was not ordinary. We chose to leave corporate America to move closer to our extended family, in a place where we could have a great quality of life. My husband quit his full time job with Boeing so that he could have more time with our 3 young boys and for his part-time military career. My husband working from home allows me to work full time as a real estate agent. As a real estate agent and a mom, I stay well connected in our local area. My children are active in the local schools and play sports. We regularly attend church and volunteer our time to community service projects. We love the lake for fishing, swimming, and boating. As a member of the Lago Vista and Jonestown area Chamber of Commerce, I recognize the importance of supporting local businesses. I believe that this is a great community and with the right amount of involvement and development, we can grow it into an even better place. My passion for real estate shows!
