Holly was born and raised in Denver, CO, and moved to the Austin, TX area in January of 2013. Having started my Real Estate Career in the Luxury Home market in the Memorial area of Houston, TX over 30 years ago. I moved to Austin (Lago Vista & The Texas Hill Country) in 2007 and lived on Lake Travis for 16 years, where I specalized in Lakefront property. I still have an office in Austin/Cedar Park. However, I've just recently moved back to Houston which as always been "home" to me for over 40 years.





















I've represented Investors, purchased & rehabbed my own personal rental properties, and also represented a custom builder in Point Venture where we built several custom homes. There, I not only sold & listed the homes, but also had input in the construction and design of the home. I helped select all of the cabinets, lighting, flooring, tile, backsplash, etc. Essentially, I was an integral part of designing the home!

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2004. While pursuing a career in non-profit administration, I began investing in real estate personally and got "the bug". I love finding great deals, staging, decorating, landscape design and helping people. So, real estate is right up my alley! I started my real estate career with RE/MAX in Thousand Oaks, CA. I quickly rose to the top and earned a Rising Star award my first year followed by Executive Club and 100% Club. I ended my 5 year career with over $19 million in sales volume. When my family moved to North Carolina, I started Real Estate Technology Associates, a marketing company dedicated to helping Realtors with their online lead generation and branding. After a successful 4 years growing the business, I passed it along to my partner when we moved to Texas. Now that we are settled in Texas, I am returning to my true passion, working with Buyers, Sellers and Investors with RE/MAX Capital City. Although my passion and career is in real estate, I have always been committed to volunteering with non-profits. I have served on many non-profit boards and I am currently serving as an officer for my children's school PTA. I am never too busy to serve your real estate needs.
