Nora Wall is the broker and founder of Cultivate Realty, a boutique real estate firm servicing the Greater Austin area. Nora began her professional real estate career in 1997 to provide exceptional service to her clients. She built a solid reputation among her clients and peers by becoming an expert in the local housing market and approaching every transaction with tenacity and attention to detail while allowing her compassionate and cheerful demeanor to put those around her at ease. Nora owes a large part of her career's success to her clients. In 2018, Nora decided to take her wealth of experience and establish her brokerage company. Beginning as Nora Wall & Company, she continued to provide exceptional customer service to her clients. Soon other agents approached her, asking her to be their broker and mentor. Nora extended her passion for helping others by helping other agents provide exceptional service to their clients and helping them to grow their businesses. Her passion for seeing her agents succeed and grow led her to realize that it was time to give the company a name that reflected her and her agents' vision - Cultivate Realty. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2004. While pursuing a career in non-profit administration, I began investing in real estate personally and got "the bug". I love finding great deals, staging, decorating, landscape design and helping people. So, real estate is right up my alley! I started my real estate career with RE/MAX in Thousand Oaks, CA. I quickly rose to the top and earned a Rising Star award my first year followed by Executive Club and 100% Club. I ended my 5 year career with over $19 million in sales volume. When my family moved to North Carolina, I started Real Estate Technology Associates, a marketing company dedicated to helping Realtors with their online lead generation and branding. After a successful 4 years growing the business, I passed it along to my partner when we moved to Texas. Now that we are settled in Texas, I am returning to my true passion, working with Buyers, Sellers and Investors with RE/MAX Capital City. Although my passion and career is in real estate, I have always been committed to volunteering with non-profits. I have served on many non-profit boards and I am currently serving as an officer for my children's school PTA. I am never too busy to serve your real estate needs.
