Having started my Real Estate Career in the Luxury Home market in the Memorial area of Houston, TX over 30 years ago. I moved to Austin (Lago Vista & The Texas Hill Country) in 2007 and lived on Lake Travis for 16 years, where I specalized in Lakefront property. I still have an office in Austin/Cedar Park. However, I've just recently moved back to Houston which as always been "home" to me for over 40 years.





















I've represented Investors, purchased & rehabbed my own personal rental properties, and also represented a custom builder in Point Venture where we built several custom homes. There, I not only sold & listed the homes, but also had input in the construction and design of the home. I helped select all of the cabinets, lighting, flooring, tile, backsplash, etc. Essentially, I was an integral part of designing the home!

Holly was born and raised in Denver, CO, and moved to the Austin, TX area in January of 2013. Donna Teas hails from farming country north of Seattle and first moved to the Houston area in 1998. Donna has also lived in Spring, The Woodlands, and Conroe.
