Though her primary expertise is centered on the Fort Bend County area, Jennifer has also had rental properties & lived inside the loop. In addition to serving on the neighborhood HOA & her sons' school PTO, she organized a Mothers' Club for their community-holding various events for kids & families. Her sons now join her in various volunteer opportunities such as their favorite- Feed the City. Dwayne was born and raised in Southeast Texas. He graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas and currently resides in downtown San Antonio, Texas. Dwayne has lived in California, Tennessee, Mississippi and many areas of Texas including the Houston Area; Austin Area; and Dallas-Ft.Worth Area.

After 20+ years working in software technology, Dwayne obtained his real estate license and REALTOR designation. He enjoys working with clients using the latest technology as well as traditional means.
