Before discovering her passion to practice real estate, Andria R. Williams, REALTOR® spent over 20 years serving the public in various contracting and procurement positions for federal, state, and local governments in Texas and Arizona. Andria holds a Master's in Public Administration. Through her education and experience, Andria has developed skills to uphold ethical standards, active listening, and contract negotiation. Andria is a native San Antonian and enjoys the diversity of people, food, and attractions! As an active member of our community, I serve as the Federal Housing Commissioner for Precinct 4, I'm a member of the East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and I sit on the board for a local nonprofit animal rescue organization.

I am a proud San Antonio native and absolutely love our beautiful, vibrant city. I love exploring all that our historic city has to offer! I am a proud graduate of UTSA where I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counseling.

Prior to entering real estate, I served my community in education for 18 years as a teacher, counselor, and coach. I am truly passionate about helping and teaching others and love that this experience has translated to my real estate career. I am able to teach and guide my clients through every aspect of buying or selling their home.
