Before discovering her passion to practice real estate, Andria R. Williams, REALTOR® spent over 20 years serving the public in various contracting and procurement positions for federal, state, and local governments in Texas and Arizona. Andria holds a Master's in Public Administration. Through her education and experience, Andria has developed skills to uphold ethical standards, active listening, and contract negotiation. Her passion for real estate stems from providing outstanding service, exemplifying integrity, and achieving positive results for her clients. Andria is a native San Antonian and enjoys the diversity of people, food, and attractions! She gives back to her community by volunteering for an array of public service initiatives through her sorority and is a certified Volunteer Deputy Registrar for Bexar County. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, traveling, writing poetry, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

Jennifer's early career began with managing & selling IT consulting services for Financial/Oil & Gas clients. In 2018, she was drawn back to real estate where her true passion has always been. Inside knowledge of the area & management skills enable her to provide valuable information to clients. Though her primary expertise is centered on the Fort Bend County area, Jennifer has also had rental properties & lived inside the loop. Clients reap the benefits of her personal experiences in the area, layered upon her love of the real estate process. Her goal is to act as advisor & guide throughout the buying & selling process, always with her clients' best interests at heart. She works diligently to find the perfect property for buyers & facilitate profitable contracts for sellers. From family homes to investment properties at all price points, she applies her experience in renovations to carefully inspect prospective purchases. She gathers comps, as well as current news & trends, in order to keep her clients well informed. With global experience working directly with CEOs & CFOs, Jennifer's people skills extend well beyond the world of sales and real estate. In addition to serving on the neighborhood HOA & her sons' school PTO, she organized a Mothers' Club for their community-holding various events for kids & families. Her sons now join her in various volunteer opportunities such as their favorite- Feed the City. This community-focused Realtor takes time to understand who her clients are & what is important to them.
