Jennifer's early career began with managing & selling IT consulting services for Financial/Oil & Gas clients. In 2018, she was drawn back to real estate where her true passion has always been. Inside knowledge of the area & management skills enable her to provide valuable information to clients. Though her primary expertise is centered on the Fort Bend County area, Jennifer has also had rental properties & lived inside the loop. Clients reap the benefits of her personal experiences in the area, layered upon her love of the real estate process. Her goal is to act as advisor & guide throughout the buying & selling process, always with her clients' best interests at heart. She works diligently to find the perfect property for buyers & facilitate profitable contracts for sellers. From family homes to investment properties at all price points, she applies her experience in renovations to carefully inspect prospective purchases. With global experience working directly with CEOs & CFOs, Jennifer's people skills extend well beyond the world of sales and real estate. In addition to serving on the neighborhood HOA & her sons' school PTO, she organized a Mothers' Club for their community-holding various events for kids & families. Her sons now join her in various volunteer opportunities such as their favorite- Feed the City. This year marks more than 13 years as a Texas REALTOR®; however I have nearly 30 years' experience buying and selling real estate through 22 years serving in the Air Force. I love San Antonio and call it my home since we moved here in 1995. I have extensive knowledge of the Northwest, North Central, and Northeast corridor of our city. I've worked commercial and residential transactions and have lengthy experience in building investor portfolios, relocations, military transfers, property management, and the ever-changing new home market. I have more than 15 certifications and designations. I am most excited and proud that I recently earned my Broker License and opened my own brokerage...Kristalli Real Estate. Kristalli's goal is to limit buyers and sellers stress through education and communication while building a long-lasting relationship built on trust, dedication, and professional integrity. My extensive Air Force experience prepared me to have strong negotiation skills, manage multi-million-dollar projects, while working in fast-paced and potentially stressful situations.
