Colleen began her real estate career in 2018. She lives in & specializes in helping buyers & sellers in and around Katy, TX, just outside of Houston. She is a mother of two daughters, grandmother of two grandsons, and happy pet mom of a boxer and sulcata tortoise. She enjoys the outdoors, loves to garden, dance , sing, and she is learning the guitar. She is very active in her church and her community. Colleen has a servants heart. She comes from a place of contribution, helping, nurturing in everything she does in her personal & professional life. Melissa's career path has allowed her to gain and develop experience in Customer Relations, Corporate Policy, Real Estate, and Small Business Management. As Co-Owner of a local IT Consulting firm with her husband since 2005; which they are still growing. During that time, she developed management and customer relations skills, as well as technical skills. Melissa is a hard-working and determined go-getter who knows when and how to get things done. Before that she spent 10 years in corporate customer relations developing the skills necessary to be an excellent negotiator and salesperson. Remarkably, Melissa has taken all of her past experience and focused it on her love of real estate and her passion for helping families like her own through the decisions involved with buying and selling their homes. She brings the right amount of "know-how" and "can-do spirit" to get your transaction done quickly, and as smoothly, as possible. In her spare time Melissa enjoys travelling and volunteering in ministry with her husband and their three sons. She enjoys serving with her church family in the local community and seeing lives changed through simple acts of kindness. Family and community are the most important things to Melissa and just one of the reasons why she will always do her best taking care of you, her clients and friends, as you face decisions regarding the place you call home.

Al Cannistra is a Texas licensed Broker / REALTOR in the San Antonio area and a property Tax Arbitrator for the State of Texas. Born and raised in Chicago, he relocated to San Antonio in 2004 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2005. Prior to real estate, Al served as a vice president of a billion dollar multi-national consumer products company. His office specializes in residential properties in the northern area of the city and into the start of Hill Country.

A true Houstonian at heart, Denise moved to Houston from Central Mississippi in 1981. "I have watched Houston boom and bust, I've watched neighborhoods develop, grow, and decline. It has been amazing to see the cityscape literally transform before my eyes and now again I'm watching as new developments arise in our fair city." Although I am familiar with most of the Houston area I focus my practice in Katy, Richmond/Rosenberg, Sugar Land, and other areas in Southwest, West, Galleria, Greenway Plaza. "It makes me confident that I am able to provide my clients with solid direction when it comes to buying, selling, or leasing their current or new homes."
