When deciding to shift gears into Real Estate, she knew her knowledge of problem solving, research, and marketing would help her succeed in the industry. Julieanna is a big advocate for her community, and has spent a great amount of time assisting the elderly. She has been a resident of this community for 35 years and enjoys hosting guests in her Airbnb! Julieanna has also assisted the community by beginning Nextdoor.com for her neighborhood, and has fostered many animals, (including raccoons!), throughout the years. She is also a long-standing member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, playing piano, riding motorcycles and traveling.

Before discovering her passion to practice real estate, Andria R. Williams, REALTOR® spent over 20 years serving the public in various contracting and procurement positions for federal, state, and local governments in Texas and Arizona. Andria holds a Master's in Public Administration. Through her education and experience, Andria has developed skills to uphold ethical standards, active listening, and contract negotiation. Her passion for real estate stems from providing outstanding service, exemplifying integrity, and achieving positive results for her clients. Andria is a native San Antonian and enjoys the diversity of people, food, and attractions! She gives back to her community by volunteering for an array of public service initiatives through her sorority and is a certified Volunteer Deputy Registrar for Bexar County. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, traveling, writing poetry, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I have lived in San Antonio for over 8 years. I love to see people's dreams come to reality. My biggest reward within this job is guiding my clients through the emotional journey of buying or selling a home; it is such a great priviledge to have! It continues to provide me with amazing opportunities and challenges that allow me to grow both professionally, and personally! As a realtor, my top priority is to make my clients happy.
