Forrest grew up on Lake McQueeney where life on the water was his favorite pastime, he enjoyed wakeboarding, water skiing and barefooting. Ultimately, Forrest's skills developed well, and he won National Wakeboard Championships in his division in 2003 and 2011. Thereafter, he quickly became a professional water-skier at Sea World of San Antonio where he performed for several years. He continues to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as backpacking with his chocolate Labrador retriever, cruising the lakes with family and friends or even training for his next Iron man Triathlon. Forrest's analytical mindset led him to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University. While attending Texas State University, Forrest purchased his first real estate property which gave him a greater appreciation for the industry. After graduation, Forrest sold Malibu Wakeboard boats for nearly 5 years. This led to a deeper understanding and passion for the lake life. This deep seeded love for real estate and the lake brought him to Waterfront Real Estate. His knowledge and passion for the lakes paired with his strong business acumen allows him to be a valuable asset to his clients who are looking for the perfect waterfront home.

He and his wife have been active in the areas of overseas residential, personal residential, income properties, and most recently he acted as trustee for a number of multi-million dollar properties in Los Angeles and Malibu. Easton has proven successful at acquiring, improving, and reselling his real estate investments for a significant profit. Easton is an accomplished commercial helicopter pilot who specialized in a niche market where he found himself daily landing on top of skyscrapers, yachts, and many private landing pads. As well as being a private executive pilot Easton was also involved in aerial firefighting with the United States Forest Service and Cal Fire, where he fought forest fires as long line pilot. Prior to aviation he and his wife were successful professional ballet dancers who toured the United States and the world. Easton has also had the opportunity to star in a Broadway show and tour in musical theater Productions. After living throughout the United States Easton and his family have chosen Texas as their home because they fell in love with the hill country and the beauty and opportunities it provides.
