Kito was born and raised in Michigan, where he received a bachelor's in social studies with a minor in education from Spring Arbor University, along with being awarded a varsity letter for his excellent athletic capabilities. He is the proud father of a daughter, Kaydia, who is soon to be Texas State student. Since moving to San Antonio, they have embraced the community and thrived in it. As a realtor, Kito's top priority is to help families realize their dream of owning a home. His fondest memories are those of client's children running through a recently sold home picking out their rooms and the expressions on his client's faces when they have found that perfect home. During his first year in real estate he helped over twenty families achieve that goal. Kito is an experienced public speaker, negotiator, and always represents his clients with integrity and confidence. His professionalism, welcoming attitude and knowledge of San Antonio market trends make him an ideal agent. Grant Lopez is a third generation San Antonian and has been a licensed REALTOR since 2009. Currently he serves as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board for the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) and is also a proud member of the Board of Directors to the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA). He takes great pride in knowing that he works hard for his clients not only during the sale, but also afterwards through both associations' efforts to protect the dream of home ownership and private property rights. Grant also serves on the Board of Directors to both the Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). In 2017 Grant was selected by NAR as one of their 30 Under 30. The list which is nationally published by REALTOR Magazine recognizes rising stars who are successful in real estate and have demonstrated skill, success, creativity, and leadership in their careers. Grant has been featured on the covers of The Ellie Report and Real Producers Magazine, news articles and TV interviews at both the local and national level. Outside of work Grant enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy Marie, and their two little girls.
